The NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Family-to-Family course is a free 12-week program for families and friends of individuals living with brain disorders called mental illness. The course is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness, increase coping skills and empower participants to become advocates for their family members. The course begins Tuesday, February 16 at 6:00 p.m. We will be meeting at Dauphin Way United Methodist Church (second floor – Room 207) located at 1507 Dauphin Street, Mobile.
