Come join us in this conversation on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Ben May – Mobile Public Library, Bernheim Hall, 701 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36602. Doors open at 5:30 pm and the interactive discussion begins at 6:00 pm.
Voter turnout by eligible Mobile County voters is low, and it is especially low for local elections. A group of Mobile voters were asked what they thought might encourage their neighbors to vote. Join Lenise Ligon and Dr. Sam Fisher as they lead the conversation on the results of this research that
also allows you to be part of this important event. This discussion is interactive (BYOD) and will form the basis of the next phase. Hear what the focus group had to say and join this interactive discussion on encouraging greater citizen participation in elections.
RSVP so we can save you a seat. Bring a friend or two. Attendance is FREE!
