Bryan Stevenson and Michael Curry: A Conversation

Please join us for our regular monthly meeting, Monday, April 24, from 6 – 8 PM, at Bethel AME Church, 714 Savannah Street, Mobile.

At this meeting, we’ll watch a virtual conversation between Bishop Michael Curry, presiding bishop of the Episcopal Church, and Bryan Stevenson, executive director of the Equal Justice Initiative. Their inspiring talk, structured around three famous passages of scripture, was recorded at the height of the Covid pandemic and was part of the Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast’s 2020 Jubilee Revival. After the video presentation, we’ll have time to discuss what we’ve seen and heard.
