Guided Forest Therapy Walk

| Gulf Coast Creation Care invites you to a forest therapy experience at the new Live Oak Loop Trail at 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center on Thursday, May 2 at 5:30 pm. Join us to step away from our busy minds and electronic devices for an hour and immerse ourselves in the sights and sounds and smells of the natural world. The one-hour walk will be followed by a brief time of sharing as we overlook our beautiful delta.
