The Mobile Bay Sierra Club invites you to a presentation titled “Engaging the Bay: Empowering Communities through Partnership and Action” by Shemika Brown, Community Engagement Program Lead with the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program.
- Explores how collaboration, shared responsibility, and community-driven initiatives can foster meaningful environmental and social change. The presentation will highlight how successful partnerships work together to protect and restore the estuaries of Coastal Alabama while promoting stewardship, resilience, and community engagement.
- Shemika will provide an update on the 2025-2035 Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan.
When: Tuesday, November 4th, 5:30 pm refreshments; 6:00 pm presentation.
Where: Innovation Portal, 358 St Louis St, Mobile, AL 36602. Free parking.
