Richard Twiss (b. June 11, 1954 – d. February 9, 2013) was a Native American educator,
author and theologian. He was a member of the Sicangu Lakota Oyate from the Rosebud Lakota
Sioux Reservation in South Dakota and the Co-Founder and President of Wiconi
International.
